Virginia from Baden will get up close to country music's top stars since she won the trip for two to the CMAs, Becky from Aliquippa won the trip for she and a friend to New York where they will tour the CBS newsroom and see David Letterman, Brittney from Irwin gets to take a lucky second person to a concert in West Palm Beach and Dana from Butler will probably be shopping for to-die-for dresses because she and a guest are headed to the Grammy's.

The votes have been tabulated.... And the winner, by a margin of 175 votes, was: The March of Dimes!!
The March of Dimes was Awarded the BMW at Sewickley Car Store on Saturday September 6
Final entries in the Sewickley Car Store Charity race for the 2-year BMW lease award were received by the website up to 6PM on Saturday, August 30, 2008.
The final tallies were:
Y108/Kidney Foundation collected 392 Votes
KDKA News Radio/Moon Twp Rotary collected 619 Votes
B94/March of Dimes collected 2194 Votes
Star 100.7/Miracle League collected 2019 Votes
We want to thank all the charities for their participation. It is sincerely hoped that the thousands of local promo spots run by the CBS radio stations as a part of this event raised awareness for each organization.
In this unique program, four local charities were competing for a BMW 2-year lease that Sewickley Car Store would award for use in a fundraising effort. The four charity contenders were the Miracle League of Southwestern PA, the March of Dimes, the National Kidney Foundation, and the Moon Township Rotary Club.
In an award ceremony that took place at the Summer Giveaway grand finale event hosted at their BMW showroom in Sewickley on September 6th, Sewickley Car Store principal Joe Scarfone officially awarded the BMW 2-year Lease to the representatives of the Pittsburgh chapter of the March of Dimes and Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Chapter Board of Directors, Catherine Houska.
Upon learning of winning the BMW, Michele Frennier, State Director of Communications for the March of Dimes, said that the March of Dimes is proposing several possible major fund raising events which can utilize this gift during the upcoming year.
Look for upcoming events and promotions in conjunction with the March of Dimes as we do what we can to help the local chapter raise money through the gifted BMW.
